He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Laskey and Martha Laskey Black (Harkless); and his parents-in-law, Robert and Ethel Rodgers. He is survived by: his wife Ruth I. (Rodgers); his children, Richard Dick of Clintonville, Robin Martin of Franklin, Duane Laskey (Carol Sue) of Oil City, Kandy Kent (Jay) of West Middlesex and Rod Laskey (Autumn Cheney) of Oil City; his grandchildren, Matthew Cramer of Erie, Shalynn Cramer of Franklin, Austin of West Middlesex, Hannah of West Middlesex, Logan Kent of West Middlesex and Cole Laskey of Oil City; his stepgrandsons, Joshua Williams of Rockland and Matthew Williams of Oil City; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Adrian, Jaydon, Matthew, Jessalynn, Brooklyn and Reagan; and his brothers, Joe Laskey (Sue) of West Virginia, John Laskey (Barb) of North Carolina and Jim Black (Linda) of Oil City. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
