She was predeceased by: her father Edward L. Silvis Jr.; and her uncle James Silvis. She is survived by: her mother Madeleine H. Thome Silvis of Oil City; her daughter Daniele Lewis of Seneca; her brother Philippe E. Silvis (Helen) of New York; her nieces, Corrina and Jocelyn; and her aunts and uncles, Larry Silvis (Patricia) of Venus, Linda Barrett of Cranberry, Gerald Silvis of Oil City, Ron Silvis (Florence) of Oil City, Thomas Silvis (Sue) of Cranberry and Rose Tebay of Seneca.
