Wygant; his daughter Dessie Lee McElhaney (Joseph) of Franklin; his siblings, Harold "Andy" Winger (Marilyn) of Seneca, Nancy Hosack of Franklin, Daniel Winger (Rita) of Butler and Larry Winger (Sue) of Oil City; and his brother-in-law Daniel Heath of Oil City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
