He was predeceased by: his wife Lucia M. McKinley Felmlee; his parents, Arthur Felmlee and Leota Fry Felmlee; and his siblings, Gerald Felmlee, David Felmlee and Delores Graham.
He is survived by: his daughter Leann M. Felmlee-Brown (James); his grandchildren, Zachary W. Brown, Amanda M. Brown and Lucia C. Brown (Daniel B. Swab II); his sisters, Miriam Felmlee Dunn Storch and Joyce Felmlee Meade; and his sister-in-law Patsy Bickel Felmlee.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christ Episcopal Church, 16 Central Ave, Oil City, PA 16301; or a charity of one's choice.
