She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Middleton and Nancy Middleton (Protzman); and her brother Mike Middleton. She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel Boyer (Josh) of Seneca and Crystal Becker (Joe) of Seneca; her grandchildren, Nolan, Deacon Boyer and Joey Becker; her siblings, Jackie Middleton (Terri), Deborah Middleton, Glenn "Chip" Middleton, Tina Paich (Jim), Bill Middleton (Brenda) and Mark Middleton; her sister-in-law Melanie Preston Middleton; and her mother-in-law Patricia Carbaugh. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
