He is survived by: his children, Evelyn Serafin (Rudy) of El Paso, Daniel Shaffer (Carmen) of Omaha, Vera Campbell (Will) of Kennerdell, Scott Shaffer (Kate) of Rockland and Matthew Shaffer of Sacramento, California; his grandchildren, Raymond Carreon, Lisa Fowler, Casey Campbell, Colten Campbell, Sam Shaffer, Anna Shaffer and Maya Shaffer; and his sisters, Marjorie Daugherty (Roy) of Seneca and Gloria Brink (Paul) of Warren, PA.
