With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Proper Anthony (Seneca, Pennsylvania), born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 6, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Helen Dehner, Ruth Gaddess and Ralph Kuhls. She is survived by: her husband Walter "Bud" Anthony; and her daughters, Lareeda "Rita" Nulph (Ford) of Oil City and Joyce Botts (Robert) of Oil City. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren; and also six step-children, 12 step-grandchildren, and 11 step-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
