She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred L. Kurzenberger and Myrna M. Kurzenberger (Clark); her husband Harold E. "Herdy" Whitling, Jr.; and her son Thomas Whitling. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Whitling (Jeanne) of Oil City, Cathy Carnprobst of Pittsburgh and Susan Frawley of Kennerdell; her grandchildren, Dalton, Shawna (Matt), John, Jacob, Kayla (Ben), Cassy and Josh; her great grandchildren, Chloe and Mary; and her sisters, Judy Guyton (Jim), Dorie Kurzenberger and Carol Nelms (Cork). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
