He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey "Hud" Klugh and Laura Klugh (Huff); his siblings, Dannie Klugh and Carolyn Hare; his father-in-law Jim Wolfe, Sr.; his sister-in-law Tina Wolfe; and his nephew Todd Hare.
He is survived by: his family Klugh Auto Body; his sister Connie Jackson of Florida; his mother-in-law Nancy Wolfe of Seneca; his siblings-in-law, Jim Wolfe, Jr. of Oil City, Patty Karns of Seneca and Pat Klugh of Florida; and also, Dr. Jay Stevens and Visiting.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hile-Best Funeral Home, Inc. (2781 PA-257, Seneca, PA 16346).
