Weingard of Seneca, Pennsylvania, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on July 17, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Weingard (Watson) of Oil City and Walter Weingard; his wife Debra J. (Stahlman); his grandson Troy Stahlman II; and his siblings, Penny Lawrence and Clyde Weingard.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristy Wulfert (Rick) of Parker; his stepson Troy Stahlman (Vonnie) of Seneca; his grandchildren, Valerie Bodien, Gaines Stahlman, Duncan and Debilea; his great grandchild Conner Stahlman; and his siblings, Joyce Blest, Faye Swartzfager, Vickie Dunkle and Frank Weingard. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
