He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Anderson (Ed) of Oil City and Clyde Neal, Jr. (Kathy) of Oil City; his stepgrandchildren, Misty Lockhart and Joe Lockhart; his son Logan Lockhart; his siblings, Laura Carson of Venus and Fred Neal of Oil City; and also Jaylyn Gray. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
