Parks and Donna M. Feely; and his siblings, Merlen C., Lloyd E. Parks, Beatrice Daugherty, Mary Steib, Verda Wilsoncroft, Grace Potts, Eva May Parks, Erma Confer and Verna Parks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
