It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty O'Neil (Seneca, Pennsylvania), born in Oil City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 30, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandson Jimmy Wade; and her siblings, Jim Dunkle, Mary Ann Welsh, Shirley Boggs, Patti Sharpe and Rose Hutchinson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dick Dunkle, Violet Karns and Ruth Anderson; and her close friends, Keith, Sally, Clair Jr., June and Judy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
