It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alma Olive Tarby of Seneca, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 19, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward M. Tarby. She is survived by: her son Edward J. Tarby (Joe); her daughter-in-law Cheryl A. Tarby; and her siblings, Susanne Wittman and David Wilhelm.
