He was predeceased by: his mother Ellen Baker (Swartz). He is survived by: his father Winfield Jr. Baker; his daughter Elodie Witkowski (Stephen) of Lansdale; his sisters, Wendy Keppel (Edward) of Beaver, PA and Tami Beam (Rick) of Perkasie; his nephews, Jason, Joshua Rosenberger and Alan Beam (Christa); his great-nephew Gavin Beam; and his great-niece Paige Beam.
