He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry C. Kramer and Florence M. Kramer (Mindler); his grandson Eric; and his brothers, Bob, Russell and Ralph.

He is survived by: his wife Grace Kramer (Hicks); his children, Donna Duna of Souderton, Willard, Jr. (Hope) of Perkasie and Andrew of Bechtelsville; and his grandchildren, Stephen, Andrea, Jenny, Christopher and Sharrah.
