He was predeceased by: his wife Bertha M. Kolb (Underkoffler); his parents, Elwood S. Kolb and Emma Kolb (Freed); his son Kenneth W. "Kenny" Kolb; and his siblings, Harvey Kolb, Elwood Kolb, Ralph Kolb and Pearl Anders.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Holloway (Phil) of Harleysville; his grandchildren, Amanda Shams (David) of Washington, D. C., Andrew Holloway (Lauren) of Springfield and Jonathan Bent-Holloway (Lauralee) of Jersey City, NJ; his great grandchildren, Lillian Holloway, Grace Holloway, Martha Shams and Benjamin Shams; and his close friend Mazie Seachrist of Telford.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mr. Kolb's name may be made to St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church at the address above.
