He was predeceased by: his parents, Albin Mazurek and Liberty Theresa; and his siblings, Albert J. Mazurek and Lillian A. Tesi. He is survived by: his wife Mollie Mazurek (Basler); and his daughters, Liberty M. Mazurek of Bucks County and Laura I. Mazurek of Bucks County.
