Caroff (Sellersville, Pennsylvania), born in Dunlo, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 24, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Joseph and Letitia Mackey Caroff; her brothers, James, Dr. Romuald, William, Gilbert and George; her siblings-in-law, Dr. Charles McElfresh and Julia Caroff (Hartnett); her nephew Michael Caroff; and her great-niece Kathryn Lee Krivach.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Letitia O'Kicki (Harvey Rosen), Patricia O'Kicki, Joan Caffrey (Thomas), Sarah Beckerman (David), Caroline Bissell (William), Mary O'Kicki (Stephen Smith) and Maureen O'Kicki; her grandchildren, Katie Rosen Balin (Adam), Andrew Rosen, Amy, Ryan, Alyssa Caffrey, Laura, Conor, Gavin Beckerman, Theo, Zora Bissell, Lauren, Aidan and Patrick Donohue; her great grandchild Sophia Balin; her sister Sarah Caroff McElfresh; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Schuster Caroff, Barbara Foy Caroff, Mary Kathryn Bowers Caroff and Carol Merritt Caroff. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
