She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard J. Neef and Thelma Neef (Williamsen); her husband Patrick K. Clarke; and her stepson Donald Clarke. She is survived by: her sister Patricia Martindell of Sellersville; her stepdaughters, Patricia, Eileen Clarke of Florence, KY, Mary Allen of Union, KY and Christine James of Florence, KY; and her brother Howard J. Neef of Philadelphia, PA.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 24; great, great-grandchild.

Inurnment will take place at Immanuel Leidy's Church Cemetery, Souderton, PA, Memorial contributions may be made to Immanuel Leidy's Church, 273 W. Cherry Lane, Souderton, PA.
