He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ruch (Troxel); his children, Billie Jo Ruch, Scott Ruch, Jr. (Lori), Tabitha Moore (Jeff) and Denise Rosenberger (Mike); his grandchildren, Ashley, Gage, Amber, Chase, Zevin, Bryce, Kade, Sienna, Caleb, Adalena and Meika; and his great grandchildren, Aubree, Emma and Blayde.
