She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Watts; and her parents, Luther S. Besch and Clara M. Besch (Scheetz). She is survived by: her daughters, Margaret Siemon (Kurt) and Linda Haupt (Lamar). She is also survived by grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ruth's name may be made to St. Michael's Lutheran Church, 25 East Church Street, Sellersville, PA 18960.
