She was predeceased by: her husbands, Anthony J. Fantozzi and Ronald M. Moore; her parents, Henry H. Horne and Willie Tressie Horne (McWilliams); and her siblings, William Horne, Margaret Jane Dass, Joseph Horne, Rachel Hope Parks, Samuella Woodrow, Louevelyn Perilli and Clayton Horne.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Fantozzi (Roselle), Toni Kapes (Joseph), Gail Marr Williams (Ronald) and Wayne Fantozzi (Andrea); her stepchildren, Lydia Elsner (Herb), Anthony Fantozzi (Tina), Patricia Wood (George) and Colleen Moore; her grandchildren, Anthony, Dana, David, Samantha, Caitlin, Chelsea, Marina, Daniel, Riley, Taryn, Laura, Gabriel, Lauren and Michael; her great grandchildren, Dominic, MaKenna, Veronica, Beau, Blake and Barrett; and her siblings-in-law, Michael Buck and Nadine Evans. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
