Kratz (Kenneth) of Slatington, PA, Steven T. Holzerman (Deborah) of Mohawk, TN, Gerald K. Holzerman (Deborah) of Sellersville, PA and Kevin S. Holzerman (Carolyn) of Green Lane, PA; his siblings, Donald Holzerman of Quakertown, PA and Catherine Holzerman of Quakertown; and his close friend Patricia Madara. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
