He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Neal and Sarah Neal (Ruth); and his brothers, Bernard, Edward, Robert, John and Joseph.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie L. Neal (DeHaven); his children, Michael (Karen), Paul (Dawn), Wendy Carr (John) and Jeffery (Kelly); his grandchildren, Danielle Mundondo (James), Heather Meyle (Kyle), Amanda Neal, Christopher Rotanz (Robin), Richard Rotanz, Erica Rotanz, Gabriella Neal, Nathan Neal, Domenick Neal and Sebastian Neal; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Alanna, Sienna, Kandice, Everleigh and Carson; and his sister Carol DelVecchio.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association, the Diabetes Foundation, or the Lehigh Valley Hospital Burn Center.
