He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Atkinson and Rosedna Atkinson (Graybeal); and his sister Billie Rae Kowalkowski. He is survived by: his wife Cheryll A. Krause Atkinson; his stepchildren, Tara Krause of Sellersville and Austin Krause of Dublin, PA; and his sisters, Sandra Powell (Charlie) of Bethany, DE, Nancy Lewis of Collegeville, PA and Linda Adkins of Norristown, PA. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews.
