He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip J. Sr. Calafati and Frances Calafati (Raffaela); his wife Joan Calafati (Wilson); and his brothers, Dominic Anthony Calafati and Francis "Frank" Calafati.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Calafati (Barbara) of Mertztown, PA, Diana Lynn Coleman (Brooks) of Quakertown, Terry Ann Maseloff (Andrew) of Quakertown and Lisa Beth Barrett (John) of West Chester; his grandchildren, Mitchell Coleman (Kelly), Tyler Coleman (Ali), Lisa Massa (Steven), Philip T. Calafati, Derek Maseloff, Olivia Maseloff, Anna Barrett and Ava Barrett; and his brother James Calafati (Terri) of Quakertown.
