She is survived by: her husband Verne R. Hoffman; her daughters, Lorrie A. Hoffman and Lorrie Ann; her nephew Edward J. Leibfreid (Amy); her great-nephew Jason C. Leibfreid; her sister-in-law Doris Osler; her nieces and nephews, Lynn Osler (Marvin Williams), Jody Jones (Casey), Kurt Hoffman (Trudy), Karl Hoffman (Lauren), Kris Hoffman, Bill Osler and Rory Osler; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Caitlyn Kimenhour (Dave), Hannah Hoffman, McKenzie Jones, Sydney Osler, Adam Hoffman, Parker Hoffman and Morgan Jones; and also, Kayla Kimenhour and Blaine Hoffman.
In lieu of flowers, she would welcome a donation in her memory to a charity of the donor's choosing.
