He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Emily Theresa Boyes (Reilly); and his son Vincent Boyes. He is survived by: his spouse Anne Boyes (Newton); his former wife Eugenia Reese; his children, Joseph Boyes, Theresa Boyes, Dorothy Boyes, Timothy Boyes, Michael Boyes, Jeanni Bennett and Christina Boyes; his stepchildren, David Flounders, Rusty Flounders and Laura Haupt; his grandchildren, Lindsay, Nicholas Boyes, Rachel Koontz, Lanee Epting, Jonny Casey, Skye, Hannah Bennett, Gabriella, Bekah Boyes and Ivan Ramirez-Boyes; and his stepgrandchildren, David Flounders Jr., Patricia "Alli" Flounders, Aryel Flounders, Allie Haupt, Mike Haupt and Remi Flounders.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Boyes be made to the pro-life charity of one's choice.
