She was predeceased by: her husbands, William J. Smith and John "Jack" Johnson; her parents, Herbert Snyder and Helen Snyder (Bloomer); her daughter Susan Johnson; her brothers, Herbert Snyder and Samuel Snyder; and her stepson William Smith.
She is survived by: her son Chris M. Johnson (Karen); and her stepchildren, Deborah Wertan (Denny), Robert Smith (Kathy) and Cass Bleiler (Bob). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mrs. Smith's name may be made to a charity of one's choice.
