He was predeceased by: his parents, Baker Maxwell and Lillie Maxwell (Abrams). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Maxwell (Larsen); his children, Ezekiel Maxwell (Rachel Roberts), Jamie Ruano (Berlin), Ashley Pollock (Michael), Elizabeth Maxwell and Taylor Maxwell; his grandchildren, Isaiah Maxwell, Janessa Maxwell, MeCayla Pollock, Yael Maxwell-Ruano, Mateo Ruano and Jayla Pollock; and his pets, Bandit Von and Molly Sue.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (821 W Broad St, Quakertown, PA 18951). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Calendar C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (821 W Broad St, Quakertown, PA 18951).
