He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Impey Thompson and Anna Farnum Thompson; and his brothers, Charles I. Thompson and Joseph W. Thompson. He is survived by: his spouse Mason Thompson (Cross); his children, Berkeley F. Thompson of Jacksonville, FL, Henry F. Thompson, Jr. (Melanie) of Quakertown, John M. D. Thompson (Stacy) of Owatonna, MN, Grace B. Thompson of Sellersville and Elizabeth C. Thompson of Sellersville; and his grandchildren, Henry III, Anna and Maranda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
