He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry R. Moyer Jr. and Alverda J. Moyer (Roth). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Moyer (Rush); his children, Rhonda Walker (John) of McDonough, GA, Jennifer King (Keith) of Lexington Park, MD and Harry R. Moyer IV (Michelle) of Fort Defiance, VA; and his siblings, Ruthann Clinton (Bill) and Richard L. Moyer (Rachel). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
