Harold G. Kreider Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold G. Kreider of Sellersville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 19, 2022 at the age of 97. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Harold G. Kreider to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Kreider and Mattie Kreider (Hinkle); his daughter Linda Perry (Bill); his granddaughter Liza Martin; his sisters, Verna Graybill (Paul), Miriam Umble (Clair) and Kathryn Cliburn; and his sisters-in-law, Verlene Knepp Kreider and Lois Mast Kreider.

He is survived by: his wife Roberta Kreider (Showalter); his daughters, Evelyn (Nelson Martin) and Bonita (Dean Nussbaum); his grandchildren, Luke Martin (Mandy Garber), Jon Aaron Martin (Betsy Garber), Anika Martin (Tim Mullen), Ben Nussbaum (Abby Gillespie) and Zak Nussbaum (Molly Simons-Kimball); his great grandchildren, Lela, Rylie Martin, Collin, Avery Martin, Brayden Mullen and Jack Nussbaum; his siblings, John T. Kreider (Betty), Anna Margaret (Al Zook), Nelson Kreider, Wendell Kreider (Jan Nofziger), Carol (Doug Kearbey) and Hazel (Monroe Kauffman); and his brother-in-law Alan Cliburn.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the Mennonite Central Committee at MCC U.S, 21 South 12th Street, P.O. Box 500, Akron, PA 17501-0500 or to Humanity Gifts Registry, P.O. Box 835, Philadelphia, PA 19105-0835.

Ruth Hollinger wrote a sympathy message

“Roberta and daughters, Tonight Ruth and I were reminiscing about old times at Waterford. I said I would look up on the internet to see if I could find you. The first thing that came up was Harold's obituary.. Our sympathy to you all. We are doing pretty well. We are living at Greencroft in Goshen, still at Waterford church and of course retired. Daughter Lynda lives about 3miles from us and Judy and Ken both live in Northern Michigan. Judy about 250 miles and Ken about 400 miles north.”
