She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Concetta Docimo (Parisi) and Lawrence Augustus Docimo; her sister Phyllis Cherone (Docimo); and her husband Blaine Strunk. She is survived by: her sons, Keith (Laura), Sean (Suzanne) and Kevin Strunk (Jan); her nephew Larry Cherone; her grandchildren, Trevor (Kristin), Caitlin (Domenic), Stephanie (Thomas), William (Falyn), Benjamin (Jessica) and Jennifer; and her great grandchildren, Tilly, Oscar, Poppy, Maxwell, Bennett, Nicole, McKenna, Maddie, Kamryn and Paityn.
For 44 years, from 1976 until her forced retirement due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, she served as the bookkeeper at the R&S Keystone Diner, where she was well-known and loved by patrons and staff alike.
