He was predeceased by: his spouse Joan George; and his parents, Emma George and David V. George, Jr.. He is survived by: his grandfather Marine; his children, David E. George (Dottie Wright), Deborah DiBenedetto (Alberto) and Susan Carneiro (Mario); and his grandchildren, Christopher George, Stephanie George, Christina DiBenedetto, Daniela DiBenedetto, Sara DiBenedetto, Amanda Carneiro, Jesse Carneiro and Lawrence Carneiro.
