He was predeceased by: his wife Edna A. Keeler (Weil); his parents, Abraham A. Keeler and Margaret Keeler (Mumbauer); and his sons, Charles Willis Keeler and Paul Allan Keeler.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon L. Lucier of Quakertown, Barry L. Keeler of Quakertown, David L. Keeler (Kathleen) of Quakertown and Timothy Bruce Keeler of Quakertown; and his sister Anna Painton of Steel City. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
