She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Elliot Deem, Jr.; and her parents, Lloyd "Scoop" Hoagey and Catherine "Kitty" Hoagey (Yeakel). She is survived by: her children, Charles E. Deem, III (Stacey) of Franklin, MA, Thomas R. Deem (Laurie) of Scenery Hill, PA, Elizabeth "Betsy" Shaw (Daniel) of Sellersville, PA, David L. Deem (Jennifer) of Doylestown, PA and Jeffrey Deem (Tammy) of Gainesville, VA; her grandchildren, Patrick, Caroline, Jack and Kayla; and her brother David Hoagey (Julia) of Lancaster, PA..
