He was predeceased by: his father Michael Dowds. He is survived by: his mother Linda Brown of North Wales, PA.; his aunts and uncles, Kathy Newhard (Dan) of Lititz, PA, James Brown (Melissa) of Oceanview, NJ, David Brown (Amy) of Devon, PA and Susan Kelley (James) of Colorado; his grandfather John Dowds; his uncles, Jack Dowds (Maureen) and Thomas Dowds (Antoinette); and his aunt Jean Dowds Garvin (Bob). He is also survived by 13 cousins.
