He is survived by: his wife Concetta "Connie" Pietras; his son Richard Pietras; his daughter-in-law Angela Mekosh; his daughter Diane Yaple; his son-in-law Michael Yaple; his granddaughter Ava Yaple; his sister Pat Ohleth; and his aunt Jane Stanicki. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
