He was predeceased by: his parent John Walczak; and his brother Gary Markoski. He is survived by: his parent Lorraine Walczak (Peek); his spouse Patti Derr; his significant other Denise Randall; his children, Christopher (Tera) of Kulpmont, Brenda Brassington (Brad Feese) of Catawissa and Marsha Laudermilch (Josh) of Hummelstown; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Bradley, Brady, Braylon, Sydney and Peyton; his siblings, Mjchelle Walczak of Danville and Frank Walczak (Bette) of New Britain, Connecticut; his nieces and nephews, Madeline, Emily, Dana, Philip, Mark, Audrey and Nell; his aunt Josephine Katchick; and his uncle Michael Peck (Valerie). He is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews and many cousins.
