It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen A. Neff of Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 5, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Neff and Beverly Neff (Carr); and her sister Phyllis Provost. She is survived by: her nieces, Kristy Provost and Jody Mukalian; and her great-niece Nicole Spotts.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Selinsgrove Center (1000 US-522, Selinsgrove, PA 17870).
