She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Grace Smith (Hoffman); her son Fred E. Baumgardner; and her brothers, Fred Smith and Jay Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandy Baker (Bill) of Mazeppa; and her daughter-in-law Emily Baumgardner of Mt. Pleasant Mills. She is also survived by two grandchildren, two step grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and three step great grandchildren.
