He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Shibley and Maribelle Shibley (Herbert); his wife Donna J. Collins; and his sister Arlene Saxton. He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Bratt (Karl); his grandchildren, Kristen Reitz (Lloyd) of Paxinos, Christopher Bratt of Palmyra, NY and Timothy Bratt of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his great grandchildren, Collette, Trey and Elliott Reitz. He is also survived by several nieces and great-nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID the funeral, which will be held on December 22, will be private.
