He was predeceased by: his parent Charles John. He is survived by: his parent Helen Rose Maida; his sister Carol A. Stork; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Stork, Susan Stork and Michael Stork (Marie); and also, Security, Nia and Annaliese.
