He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Parthena Athanasiadis (Mavridis) and Ioannis Athanasiadis; his brother Dr. Efthimios Athanas; his wife Hariklia; his children, John Athanas (Carol) and Nikoletta Salas (Jose); his grandchildren, Haroula, Pela, Kostas, Arielle, Tereza, Dean, Leah and Little Dean; and his siblings, Maria Kougiomtzidis and Mihalis Athanasiadis.
