He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Taggart and Margaret M.; and his brother Charles J. Taggart (Joan). He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph W. Taggart, Peggy Ferrell (Bill) and Thomas J. Taggart; his wife Lena Taggart; his children, Helena M. O'Connell (Brendan), Frank T. Taggart, Jr. (Theresa) and Joanne M. Sprague (Ed); his brother Jack Taggart (Kathleen); his sisters-in-law, Bridget A. Taggart and Elizabeth A. Taggart; his grandchildren, Ben, Kaitlin (Tom), Ryan, Luke, Cole, Lauren and Sean; his great grandchildren, Sienna, Isla and Giles; and his nephew Joey Ferrell of Springfield, PA.. He is also survived by Daughter, nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, and special friends.
