He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Bush and Josephine Bush; and his grandson Devin Anthony Kates. He is survived by: his daughters, Alisa Conmy (Kevin) and Beth Kates (Tony); his grandchildren, Colin, Nina, Kimberly, Dominic, Dakota and Sydney; and his siblings, Loretta Dearing (Daniel), Sandra French (Richard) and Joannie Bush. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
