He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis L Gallagher and Ellen Gallagher (Durkin); his sisters, Mary Ellen Mellor and Theresa Kirkpatrick; and his brother-in-law Alphonso A. Gaudioso.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Gallagher; his children, Edward Gallagher (Patricia) and Maria D'Amico (John, Jr); his grandchildren, Devon D'Amico, John D'Amico III, Matthew Gallagher, Christopher Murphy (Katie) and Jacquelyn Murphy; his great grandchild Neve Murphy; his brothers, Frank Gallagher (late Carol) and Joseph Gallagher (Joan); and his sisters-in-law, Bernadette Grassia (late Frank) and Rosemary Gaudioso (late Jack). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
