She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H Miller and Antonia Miller (Tzap); and her brother Charles A. Miller. She is survived by: her husband Robert C Phillips; and her daughter Catherine Ann Lesko. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be sent to Animal Coalition of Delaware County 3553 West Chester Pk # 144 Newton Square, PA 19073.
